    Xbox Support Chat and Call Back leads to error page


    I bought a 50$ xbox digital card from gamestop, went to redeem, said it was already redeemed! Called gamestop and they said to get ahold of MIcrosoft support. Problem is I keep getting this error everytime I try to initiate chat or call back. Wth is going on!

    Xbox clearly does not care about there customers and have not made an attempt to fix this issue. It is very sad when this has been going on since 5p.m yesterday and still is going on. I'm part of the ambassadors program and they ignore even us xbox I won't be surprised if you lose customers over this.

    I am getting the same error when I try to buy rust deluxe edition I'm not able to purchase it without contacting Microsoft and have been unable to get to the chat for over 24hours due too an error that pops up when you click to wait on call back or go into chat room.
