    I have been with Xbox since day 1. I have gone through 7 xbox 360's with various issues. Microsoft used to actually have extremely good service, mostly due to RROD which forced them to actually give us support. Since Xbox One has released the service centers
    are now horrendous. First it took me several tried to actually get in touch with them. Then the tech on phone did not even know what was going on with my xbox. Never good to hear, I have no clue what is going on!

    So we agreed to send it in. I asked how soon a box would be sent out to me like they have for the last 7 times I had to send them their defective product, and he told me they do not even send out a box anymore. Not only do we have to spend 500 dollars on
    a product that is built horribly, but now I have to pack it myself also. FFS Microsoft are you kidding me. But I did as requested since I had no other option. The innuendo of Microsoft now has me by the nuts. So I sent it off at FedEX on a Saturday.

    I tracked my shipment. It took less than 36 hours for them to receive. Sent out Saturday afternoon, which is a non business day(will be important) and they received it Monday. Laredo is only 5 hour drive from me where I live in Texas.

    As a worried gamer I constantly check the myservice website for updates. On WEDNESDAY it states Product shipped to customer. Microsoft tells me it shipped Thursday. There is the first problem. So I click on Track Order, nothing. Weird since I was able to
    track it to them instantly. Saw when it left, and how long it took. I do nothing but wait. Thursday came along same thing, Friday no change, Saturday no change. I decided to contact FedEx about where my package is. No record. They say they have seen that a
    tag was generated for my xbox but they have yet to receive it. Curious. So I call Microsoft back. After awhile of them blowing smoke up my butt I ask for a supervisor. She continues her crap. Oh it got shipped out, need to wait 4-5 days to generate a tracking.
    FOUR TO FIVE DAYS. I live 5 hours away. FedEx has not received it. She continues to go oh you need to wait business days for FedEx to update. THEY OPERATE 7 DAYS a week. I sent it out on a non business day. Where is my console I paid 500 dollars for Microsoft.
    So I ask to escalate. She fights me on it saying there is nothing to escalate. Are you joking. You can not tell me where my console is. You have no idea where it is. Fedex has no clue since they do not have it, after you supposedly shipped it out to me 4 days
    ago. What is going on with Microsoft. They get our money now and they do not care. Also they are rude, talk over you the customer now trying to push their crap in your ear. Tyree ID number 474931 did not even want to do her job of trying to figure anything
    out. Just go off what they are taught to say and that is it.

    Sorry for the long rant, but I had to say something and release my frustration with the world. This is the service one gets after being with the same console since day 1

  2. Idea for Xbox to DONATE AN XBOX TO SENIOR CITIZEN/REHABILITATION CENTERS to improve mental stimulation and agility, psychological health, and camaraderie among the thousands of elderly who are never visited and not mentally stimulated.

    the donation would come directly from xbox, to the centers.

    Did you receive your Xbox and how long did it take because I am having this same problem. Xbox is saying they shipped it but fedex is saying they have no record of the shipment!!!!

    Depends where abouts in the world you live. Most of it is now handled online via Xbox Support. It also depends what the issue is, as sometimes we ambassadors can point you in the right direction to fix an issue.

    I know, don't get me the wrong way, we all appreciate what you guys are doing.

    The thing is that there's no option for direct contact with Microsoft support. At least an e-mail address where I can file a request/complaint.

    Yeah, well it seems that the ambassadors are not able to figure out this microphone issue that a lot of users are reporting on having. How can we escalate this matter ?

    Hey there Shobooo,

    Thanks for reaching out to the Forums for clarity on how to open up a support ticket or service request. I can totally understand how going through the prompts yet being unable to find a phone support option could be frustrating, but we are here to provide
    some hopefully helpful information. Depending on your region, one might see different support options available when following the prompts. Judging from the screen shot, it seems that the only available options for support in your region for creating service
    requests would be to chat with a virtual agent.

    When you get the chance, follow through there and it might direct you to a live agent or to request a callback from one, but seeing as many "non-essential" businesses
    are on lockdown in light of the recent pandemic scare, that might not be available at this time.
