Xbox Support cannot assist with enforcement questions.

After a long night of playing Call of duty war zone, which by the way is rated for adults and has foul language in it, the group of guys that I was playing online with decided to kick me from the game party we were in together. I sent them a simple message
telling them that they could have said something opposed to just kicking me out. I censored my language, and I used the term [mod removed] instead of using profanity. I got suspended for 24 hours of communication because of this. At this point, it feels like
even though I pay for Xbox Live, there's no real support for the community when this type of thing happens, this is not the first time this has happened. I've had communication suspended in the past for using profanity, so to avoid that I try to censor messages
when I send them. If I can't even send [mod removed] to someone as a joke to someone that is playing a rated mature or adult game, then why bother rating games based on language.

Unfortunately a breach of the terms of service can lead to a ban regardless of which game you play when the offence takes place.

While the games themselves are rated for things like that, Live is not. Everything on Live has to remain E for everyone.

You need to repost under Xbox ban forum for all banned and suspension questions. The general forum cannot assist in your problem. Needs to be addressed by Xbox Live Enforcement Team.
