Hi, does anybody know if you have to pay any amount of money to call Xbox support?

Blu Ray & DVD App Problems

DVD giving all the same error and never bother with US Blu Ray.

Xbox support was not helpful kept saying system was down and call back later.

Unless you are in an area that does not have a toll free number to dial that would cost you on your phone bill then no you should not have to pay to get support from xbox.

What seems to be the problem that you need to talk to xbox support?

Yeah, you need to call the correct number for the UK. That's a US number.

You could also post your issue here in the forums so we could help you. Otherwise, if you want to call phone support, you should try calling phone support in your own region (UK).

You can request a call back at http://support.xbox.com/contact-us but you will mist likely still need to wait for a response from the refund specialists. If you don't receive a response after 72 hours, you would need to reply to the confirmation email
you received when you submitted the refund.
