Xbox Support Broke my XBox1

Hello,

I need an e-mail to contact a manager. I am VERY LIVID!!! 2 Days ago my son tried to install infinite warfare legacy edition. We received an error message. I called XBOX support and the man had me do a bunch of different stuff in the system controls, it
didn't fix the problem. He then instructed me to put in the game, nothing happened. He then instructed me to put in another game, no problems. Then he had me put in a dvd, worked fine, and then another dvd that jammed into my XBOX. I did not but the XBOX from
Microsoft and it didn't have a warranty. Microsoft told me that it would be $150 to fix, not including the shipping and even then it problem wouldn't be able to be fixed. They told me to go to Game Stop to have them remove the DVD. They were able to remove
the DVD but the system then stoped acknowledging any disc. I ended up getting a new Xbox because it was the same cost when it was all said and done. We bring home a new Xbox slim and were still having the same problem with the game. I talked to support and
they said that it's a disc problem not a physical XBOX problem. So if the original support man told me that to start with I would not of had to buy a new system. It's a joke! What **** support! I'm going to blast XBOX for this. Buyer beware with them!

Games won't launch!

Good luck - I'm on my 4th xbox1 console because xbox support keeps sending me replacements thinking my hardware is broken. None of my digital downloads work reliably no matter how many times I power cycle the console or reinstall the games.

 

Currently having problems with the Xbox Live Wolfenstein , requesting assistance.

I'd suggest contacting Bethesda through their forums. From what I've seen , this is clearly not the Xbox, or the Xbox OS causing the issue. However, it does look like the May Update may be a cause. No hard data to confirm Frustrating? Absolutely. And,
Bethesda should be hearing this directly from YOU.
