    Xbox support and Enforcement team is a joke....


    So my account was suspended for 2 weeks for cussing out someone who scammed my friend and then tried to scam me on madden...

    I get my email about the suspension it tells my why my account was suspended but had no dates on it.

    So I made a post on the enforcement forums asking when my account would be off suspension, So I get this message back from the enforcement team...

    "Your previous suspension inquiry has been answered via private messages on the account that posted.

    In addition, ** ** ******* was issued a two week harassment suspension on 11/27/2014. The suspension has been lifted as of 12/3/2014."

    So I private messaged the enforcement guy and made another post on 12/6 asking what is going on with my account... Fast forward to today.. I Have yet to receive a reply from the enforcement team as to why my account is still suspended and i spent an hour on
    the phone and on chat with XBOX support and they couldn't help me.. So yes I made the mistake of cussing the other player out and I accepted my suspension but when the enforcement team tells me my account was unsuspended 6 days ago and i still cant play my
    H2H games because of the suspension This is something they need to fix.. The system they have in place is terrible and needs to be fixed..

    Ive reported multiple Madden scammers to xbox and they have done nothing about it, Yet I cuss out one of them for scamming and stealing my friends cards in madden and they report me and i get suspended for two weeks... Im really on the verge of selling my Xbox
    and being done with this crap.. Will never recommend Xbox again

    Enforcement team is a joke

    They investigate any report thoroughly before handing out a suspension.

    You don't get banned for no reason.

    If you want to file for a case review then you need to go to the enforcement site
    here

    If this isn't your first suspension you may want to read the code of conduct as well.

    communication banned again for no reason. FOR 3 WEEKS. I'm sick and tired of the enforcement team not looking in to matters properly. Clearly they don't understand what they are doing. So you are going to suspend communications of everyone who offends a
    12 year old ? Wish I could speak My mind directly to an enforcement team member.

    Umm, 2 weeks after 11/27/2014 is 12/11/2014. I'd try to access your account on that date or the day after to see.

    While it sucks that your friend got scammed, hopefully he learned his lesson. It's best to just block communications from those type of scammers.

    Yea i understand two weeks is the 11th but i received a reply from the enforcement team saying that my suspension was Lifted on the 3rd... Even if it was a screw up on their part they should have to honor that date Hers the Link to my post where they tell
    me my suspension was lifted on December third.

    The Enforcement teams don't use the forums at all and only communicate through a

    Case Review
    . 24 Hour communications suspensions and Console Suspensions are not reviewable, however you can find more information in these cases through the communication sent by the teams to the email address associated with your Xbox Live Gamertag. Remember
    that all suspensions are only enforced when a breach of the Code of Conduct or Terms of Service has happened.

    One of the common myths is that people who report another user for no reason will see that person suspended. This is not the case and in fact is subject to action as well for false reports which you can find more information about Enforcement Myths HERE.

    If you believe the suspension was in error and if you're eligible, you can submit a case review using the steps

    Code of Conduct

    Of course you would say that there is nothing to fix your a ambassador for Xbox live you've probably never said a cussword on Xbox live ever. I realized after this ban that people with thick skin is hard to come by these days their
    quick to deal out the trash talk but not grown enough to handle it and will report you when stuff doesn't go their way........ Don't dish it out if you can't take it.
