    I bought Minecraft for my Xbox 360 console years ago and when I called to talk to a supervisor at Xbox customer support I was told that he would rather me take my business to Sony than comp me Minecraft for the Xbox One that I have already bought for a previous
    console. This is not to mention that you have already comped this game for thousands of users but I didn't own the Xbox One then so I couldn't take advantage of this offer. I have had an Xbox live account for almost 10 years and he was unwilling to do anything
    for me. The huge issue is not just that he wouldn't look into doing anything for me. It was that he refused to look further into this for me and instead decided to tell me "I haven't had anyone else cancel their Xbox live membership and get a Sony because
    I wouldn't do what you have asked". Interesting choice when I have bought several consoles and games and when I would like Xbox to have any decent amount of customer service and comp me a game that would take a couple dollars at the most out of Microsoft's
    pockets.

    Being in customer service for almost my entire working career, it is crazy that Microsoft would put a person like this in a management position when all he is doing is pushing customers away. I have always been a promoter of Xbox, but after an experience like
    this, I am not sure I will be pursuing a single Microsoft product.

    is it usual pratice to suspend an account as ms were unable to take unauthorize monies

    Update. Finally spoke to someone for half hour who got a supervisor to ring back. Anyway my account was unsuspended again. Was told as comp he would email me 1 month xbox live gold codeno code as of yet but early days

    I agree I have had a similar experience when dealing with their MOD or "supervisors." I elaborated on the issue and how it was black and white on why I should be entitled to a refund for a service I got taken away from me. "Supervisor" and support both told
    me the same thing, which had me believe they were both reading from the same script. I tried to get the supervisor off that script, but would keep continuing to repeat the same thing. No matter the point I made, they were like a broken record. At least Sony
    doesn't try to control the way you communicate.

    I would have told him I'm going to Sony now take your things back.

  6. I can understand where the frustration would arise but at the same time I mean maybe if they were both telling you the same thing its because they couldn't do much in the matter? As far as getting compensated I don't see that happening I mean, I'm sure if
    they could they would. As far as the wording I feel like maybe you might of heard it that way and it actually not being said that way. IDK I wasn't there nor did I hear the call lol. But Best of luck man I hear the world on the x1 in comparison to the 360
    is way bigger.
