    my xbox live account is my parents old email, i was quite young when it was made is why, because of this i can not sign into the Microsoft account in order to cancel a subscription i made a year ago i have tried asking my parents about the password ideas
    but nothings working...

    is there anything i can do? as i really don't want to pay for what i'm not using any more.
