    I'm trying to cancel an Xbox Game-pass Ultimate subscription through my Microsoft account, but it won't let me cancel it because the payment is past-due (payment is set to auto-renewal but couldn't auto-renew because
    the card has no funds and i simply don't have the funds to buy a new card). It is also preventing me from buying just the base Xbox live gold subscription, meaning that there is no way for me to play online. Is there any way to cancel this subscription entirely
    without having to pay the subscription renewal fee? Thanks.
