    Hi all I’m hoping that someone can help me with a issue,

    I have a issue with my old Xbox live account I’ve lost both my password and don’t have access to the email account set up for the account.

    After having a loading issue my kids reset the Xbox leaving me with only one option to create a new account which I’ve done (loosing 20years of achievements and purchases on the old account )

    The thing I’m struggling to get sorted is the Xbox live subscription I cannot go into the account to cancel it so how do I stop it ?

    I don’t seem to be able to find a number to call a human at MS
