I have been charged to my credit card for a subscription that I do not even use, this is probably due to your system that has activated the periodic billing qalors I wanted to have a month subsonnemnt, I could stop the subscription despite the difficulty
to navigate your platform, I admit that it's not easy, a maze, but I have not yet been able to find the way to to be reimbursed, I can not even cancel my subscription, every time I try, I am invited to contact customer service, but I would like except that
it is impossible, we do not has nice to follow the steps, choose the problem, then the subscription, but to no avail, we end up on the home page microsoft, I begin to believe that it is done on purpose, in short I am waiting for a return, I am exhausted and
I only want to be, refunded

Congrats! The Live subscription works for both the 360 and Xbox One. It's not different subscriptions.

You should be able to cancel it at Sign in to your Microsoft account If not, you will need to contact support and speak to billing. Contact Us | Xbox Support

It will have all the steps on how to stop/cancel a subscription.

Keep in mind that if there is an payment due, that will need to be paid prior being able to cancel the subscription.
