    Xbox subscription not showing.


    Hi,

    I've gone into my xbox one this afternoon and decided to take a look at the games for gold from the dashboard. It gives me a message stating to pay for gold or look at the terms an conditions.

    Upon checking my account, my next payment for gold is not due until April/May and this is backed up by checking my bank statement.

    I've logged out of live and back in and still getting that issue.

    Are there any issues with this at current time. I'll have another look after work, but thought i'd raise it just in case.

    Tenure from "4" to "0". PLEASE HELP!

    EDIT: I just checked my Billing Subscriptions and it's not showing anything!?!?!?!?!?! This has been my only Xbox Account for 5 years!?!?! It's only showing my latest Xbox Gold Subscription!?!?

    My Xbox Live 12 Month Gold MemberShip Subscription Is Not Showing AnyMore. I Bought My Xbox Live Gold On May 13 2015. Now My 12 Month Subscription It Says Pending.

    Hi,

    Have you checked your subscription here (account.microsoft.com/services)

    Try to disconnect you and turn off your Xbox One. Disconnect the power behind your console for a few seconds.

    Connect the power, turn on your console then reconnect you.

    Mine is the same! Anyone else experiance try reseting still doing it loggedbin to link above elite year membership showing. Xbox subscription not showing. :(

    Hey all!

    As Saibat mentioned, if you haven't tried already please power cycle your console by holding down the power button for 10 seconds (or until your Xbox One powers off) and then start it back up. Your Gold subscription is showing here on the forums, it may
    just be a hiccup on the console side of things.

    As Saibat mentioned, if you haven't tried already please power cycle your console by holding down the power button for 10 seconds (or until your Xbox One powers off) and then start it back up. Your Gold subscription is showing here on the forums, it may
    just be a hiccup on the console side of things.
