    Hello

    I have updated my xbox subscription by entering a code on the xbox website (in my PC) , now the subscription is updated until dec 2019, but the subscription is not updated on my xbox (still expired ) .

    I reboot the xbox, but the statut is the same , "xbox live subscription expired" ..

    any idea ?

    maybe i have to wait ?

    Ok, got subscriptions working now, been on You Tube website, and change a privacy setting, and now subscriptions are showing on xbox

    Trouble with xbox live gold subscription.

    ok so I bought Xbox live gold subscription yesterdary but the subscription does not show anywhere. Even on this website. I gogoth email noticing me I bought it. my account also says it has trouble reading transactions.

    the same problem happened to me but my solution was to wait a bit for it to process it and a couple minutes later I had my gold

    Are you sure you are signed in with the same account on the website as you are using on the xbox?

    Have you tried removing your account from your Xbox then signing back in? This should resync your account data.

    I had the same issue once before, but turns out I was signed into the wrong account. Try signing into your account online and see if the subscription was on the wrong profile: Services
    & subscriptions

    If the subscription was placed on the wrong profile, then set that account as the "Home Console" so you may use the Xbox live gold services on your account. (How
    to designate an Xbox One console as your home Xbox    )
