Xbox Subscription From NewEgg

I bought a 2 year sub from newegg and i receive this error code

I have tried using both my computer and my xbox store on my xbox yet neither options have worked. Any help is appreciated

SO UPSET!!!

It would actually be cheaper to just purchase a yearly subscription for each account. Most online places (Amazon, newegg, etc.) usually have 12 month subscriptions on sale for $30-40 instead of paying for a monthly subscription.

Remeeming errors are usually caused by issues on the account itself. Be sure to check your billing information at http://billing.microsoft.com and http://account.microsoft.com/services for any outstanding amount issues. After that try redeeming the code on
both xbox console and via xbox.com/redeemcode

Also check that account , console and code region match, using different regions van cause issues too.

Hey that worked. Apparently if your subscription expires they make you pay for a month before they let you use a redemption code
