Xbox - Subscription Expired

I have been trying for two weeks to make a late subscription payment. But the system does not allow me to make the payment and still blocks redemption of codes to continue using the games. It is absurd for a company to
link these dependencies in an arbitrary way in which the consumer is harmed by the inefficiency of its systems. Can't they restart Windows to run the billing application ??? Protocol: 1503148626
