    xbox subscription code failure


    i entered a code for a 12 month xbox live card and it had an error stating that the error was on Microsoft's part. I checked my recent purchases and it shows that it is redeemed, yet it still says my xbox live subscription ends today on my phone and my
    xbox one. I'm unsure on how to respond to this and any help would be appreciated.
