    xbox stuck updating


    my xbox is a couple of years old now and is starting to get laggy but for the past week whenever i turn it on its been stuck on an update screen. ive tried soft resetting, hard resetting, unplugging it and plugging it back in, all it does it make this
    update go back a couple of % and it gets stuck at 87% again every time. its really upsetting as we have a lot of games (not all are downloaded for storage space) that weve put a lot of time into and we dont have the money to buy a new xbox

    same here. Xbox was stuck a 66% for HOURS! i tried the hard reset and updating offline via USB and the Xbox is stuck again at 66% again updating with a USB stick!

    Well, that's great, Nice your problem is solved now, so for the record, if there are new system updates you can't make, just like this one, you know now what to do, either USB or CD update version.

    Try clearing the cache and then reinstall the app bro.
    Put your finger on the start button of the console for 10 seconds until it goes out.
    Then wait another 30 and turn it on again.
    After trying this, reinstall the app.
    It may work for you :D.
