xbox stuck on the store menu

Hi try my Xbox seems to be stuck on the store menu and won't allow me to go anywhere or do anything If I click on any icon/menu it just gives a little like vibrating and nothing happens if I try to move to the Home, it goes back on the Store menu, can anyone
help with this

Problems on dashboards (Xbox ONE ELITE), Games are not updated when the Xbox is turned off. Add czech language and support on Xbox console.

Why is the menu and general Xbox Dashboard so stuck?

Opening, for example, the library from the game is terribly slow. The same opening or searching in the Xbox Store.

In my case it turned out to be a faulty controller. Changed to another controller and back to normal.

I'm having the same issue and have tried the reset (save apps and games option) but it's still stuck in the store menu and won't let me get to anything else. If I hit the xbox button, it takes me to settings but none of the other menus. Any additional
advice?

When you're in the Store app, press the Xbox button on the controller to return to the dashboard. Press the "menu" (3 horizontal lines) button on the controller, and then select "Quit". When you re-launch the Store app, this should then return to the default
page in the Store app.

(Ordinarily, pressing B to go back will get you out of an app-specific page, but it sounds like you've got stuck somehow)
