Xbox stuck on spinning wheel

    Xbox stuck on spinning wheel


    Xbox is stuck loading (spinning wheel) once past the screen with Xbox logo and green background. I've tried hard resetting multiple times but it won't get past the spinning wheel...

    Start Up Freeze

    Nothing. Held it down for a good 2 minutes but I'm still stuck on the spinning grey wheel.

    Xbox freezes is it just me who get the Xbox freezing

    My Xbox isn't frizen but it's stuck at the home screen and has the spinning wheels on both sides. I can move around but no programs will start or anything.

    Xbox One System Update Solution     guide to start to troubleshoot this issue that you are encountering with your console. We understand that you are not receiving a specific error code, but we'd recommend starting out with the steps titled: "I need to troubleshoot
    a system update error".

    Let us know if the steps in the guide help to resolve this.
