    xbox one is not displaying the guide when I turn it on it stops at the signing you in screen and then a message pops up saying there was a problem loading the guide

    Cannot connect to account on xBox 360

    Managed to get past the gamertag recovery / Password screen, now it's stuck on " Signing in " urghh

    Xbox Live Disconnects as soon as I turn it on, start up loading seems longer than normal, freezing on dashboard when I reconnect.

    I followed Mister Gwyther's instructions and found myself stuck at the "signing in" loading scree...... I am on the verge of trading in all my Xbox property and purchasing some more games for my PS3. Xbox stuck on signing you in screen :(

    The Xbox has been stuck on the green opening loading screen for ages. Everyone says to look at the troubleshooting things but we can't because its on the loading screen, we also don't have a wired modem HELP HELP HELP HELP HELP HELP HELP HELP

    This issue generally refers to an update error, we have a troubleshooter for this that involves an offline update. Select the first option in this

    Update Troubleshooter     and run through the provided steps for the green screen. Be sure to let us know how it goes and if you have any questions with the process.

    Dashboard is not accessible.

    I'm having a similar problem, today I turned on my xbox 360 & signed in and I was stuck at the loading screen for 5 minutes then I decided to turn off the xbox and turn it back on. I signed in again and it loaded the dashboard, then I went to account management
    and got stuck at the loading screen again.
