    xbox stuck on screen showing ''Xbox One'' doesn't change.


    I turned on my console and it shows a screen saying ''Xbox One''. Generally, it will change to my home screen allowing me to sign it. BUT, now when I open up the console, it only shows a screen saying ''XBOX ONE'' with a green color screen. Now I can't
    go to my home screen and sign it. What is the problem and can someone help me please?

    If the power cycle does not work and it usually will, you may need to do a factory reset. Make sure you select the option that says keep my games and app. It normally takes about 10 minutes

    power cycling the console     by holding down the power button on the console for ten seconds. Also, we have a support article that provides troubleshooting for a

    Thanks for the reply.

    I have tried that and unfortunately it doesn't work. The xbox jo longer shows on the insider hub as it's been unenrolled. Still stuck in update loop. It's applying the update and stuck on 53%. The OS at the bottom of the screen is showing a dev build
