    Xbox stuck on green loading screen


    I've had my day one edition since it came out. But today when I turned it on it was stuck on a black screen. I have tried to restore it via an offline restore to factory settings and now it's been stuck on the green xbox one screen for about 30 minutes Xbox stuck on green loading screen :(
    any suggestions ?

    I got that same update now xbox stuck on main green loading screen what gives

    Is there anyway to fix the Xbox one when it is stuck on loading Mode green screen?

    Xbox stuck on green loading screen

    Try holding the power button on the front of the console until it turns off, then unplug it from the outlet for 30 seconds. After 30 seconds plug it back in and power back on. Hopefully the hard reset will work.

    i tried the hard reset, it still doesnt work for my console. is mine broken?

    Instead of doing the factory restore, I'd try doing the OSUDT2. That will reinstall the system updates and hopefully kick it out of the error you're getting now.
