    Xbox stuck on "Green Loading Screen" '3 loading circles'


    Okay so, I have had my Xbox One since November last year and till now I can't get it to boot up.. It'll stay on the green loading screen for as long as it likes.. The screen doesn't go black etc.. This has been happening for about 2-3 days now. Thanks,

    how???!!!

    Xbox has been stuck on the green opening loading screen for ages. Everyone says to look at the troubleshooting things but we can't because its on the loading screen, we also don't have a wired modem HELP HELP HELP HELP HELP HELP HELP HELP

    Xbox one wont get past the green boot up screen

    I turn my xbox one on and it just stays on the green loading screen with the 3 loading circles continuously going nonstop. I dont know how to fix this and it wont go to the home screen.

    Mine just started doing this right now. I agreed to a system update and this is as far as I get and Xbox support says go to the forums well a bunch of people r having this issue on here.

    Sorry to hear about the issue! Just to clarify, are you participating in the in the Preview Program? If you are participating in the Preview Program, you will need to run through the steps that Mister Beep has provided in

    this thread. If the issue continues, you will need to make a post in the Xbox One Preview Forums so that the proper folks can address the issue.

    If you are not participating in the Preview Program, I recommend running through the steps listed in our

    Xbox One System Update Solution     page. Be sure to let us know the results after trying the steps. Thanks!

    Okay, so this will doesn't have anything to do with the update.. It's just, when I start it up it doesn't freeze on the loading screen.. I can see the Xbox Logo beating like a heart.. And then I see 'Xbox One' Underneath it with the 3 loading circles..

    Xbox not working properly after today's update

    Hi,

    Thanks for your response, but i feel like you have misintepreted my issue.

    There is no green loading screen. Just one of the many issues i am having is when i attempt to do a factory reset i can't even click it as it doesnt allow me to. I'm just stuck there with a little green loading circle. In the meantime, i can navigate to
    other menus without the loading circle appearing although it is extremely laggy.

    Same to me. I'm from Spain. In the last step, the screen of "confirm purchase", when you click on "confirm" button, it stucks in the loading green circle.
