    Xbox stuck on boot up


    I'm having an issue with the console booting up, once turned on there is no signal to the tv via the HDMI cable, I also have my controller connected to the console that also doesnt connect. After ten minutes of black screen/no signal, the Xbox One green
    boot up screen will appear.

    After another 10 minutes on the green boot up green screen it'll pop up with "something went wrong" with error codes "E102" or "E105" I've attempted to rest the console to factory with the "something went wrong" page and every time I press rest, it'll restart
    the console and go through the same process.

    I have tried multiple troubleshooting, hard reset, unplugging cables, checking everything is connected, and I can't see any issue with any connections, the power brick shows white if that helps.

    I have tried to do a offline update by downloading the update files onto USB and the console would not recognise it or show any indication I could update offline

    Hi Benjamin II 17,

    Sorry to hear this. When you see the message "Something went wrong" do the option to Restart your Xbox and Troubleshoot comes up? If seems like your unable to update the current update to your Xbox. However, the troubleshoot option would help.Clicking
    on that would help you to download the update in offline mode but you will need a USB, a PC/laptop with a Windows connection, and the USB should have at least 4GB of space.

    I have contacted them before posting on this forum thread and the best they could do was refer to get the console repaired even though the support Agent had no clue what the issue is.

    The console is still unable to boot up.
