xbox stuck on black screen

we have both xbox one x, and xbox one in our house everytime one of us opens fornite the whole xbox. crashes to the point where its stuck on the black screen. these are new xboxs and we have had this problem for a while. everytime it happens it takes us about 3 hours to force and restart on the xbox and finally get the display to come through then another hour to reset the whole thing. we have no hdmi problems or wire problems just the xboxs that keep shutting down,one of them wont turn back on at all but we keep trying to turn the other one back on, it works for a few days and then crashes again. epic games says it is a microsoft issue because it is happened in the past where fortnite was not open at all, if you know an easier way to get the xbox to turn on after we get the black screen or know what is wrong with these xboxs please could you help
