Xbox stuck on applying update for 2 days

I have been trying to update my Xbox for the past 2 days. Tried power cycling and soft resets. No luck. Also I don't have access to the preview program forums to see if I can find assistance for this since this is probably the dashboard update. I am part
of the program. I have called auto met service multiple times and they do not know what to do either.

I need to to resolve this ASAP. Thanks

was the update a few days ago by any chance? stuck the latest universal soldier film in 2 days ago and there was an update applied

 

Stuck in green loading screen after April update

Mine is stuck in applying update. I've tried the system tool but its stuck again in applying updates. Won't do reset either.

 

when did you download this update? I just got prompted for an update an hour ago, I'm in the preview program and now I'm stuck at applying update

 

I got it Monday. Been at it since then.

 

It's a bit over 1gb I think

 

I have the same problem, spoke with someone from Xbox support and they told me to wait for the next patch, that could be weeks!!

 

Hey there! You'll want to post this, and anything else preview related, in the preview forums (forums.xbox.com/.../default.aspx). Also,
check the list of known issues to see if your issue is on it, and if there is a workaround.

If you are unable to access the forums via that link, please post back here and a member of official support can grant you access.

 

I can't access that link or any other link related to the preview program.

 

I'd like access too. It's insane that the computer can send this preview update to my machine, but can't get it together to have me in the Preview forums

 

Is there a reason why I have not gotten any access or help on this yet? It has been 3 days of power cycles and no online access to my Xbox. This is ridiculous. Others have posted and gotten access within the hour.

While you are waiting for access, I would run the offline system update diagnostic tool. Here is a walkthrough of steps to take before using, and a link to the tool:

I'm flipping out. My Xbox update is froze. I will be waiting for that xboxlive credit for the days I have had no service
