    Xbox stuck in update loop


    When I went to update my xbox one s to the latest update it got stuck on a certain percent and stopped, then it took me to the trouble shooting screen. I restarted the xbox and it took me back a few percents in the update and got stuck again. It would
    also test during the update like normal but when it booted back up it brought me to the troubleshooting screen. I would usually do a factory reset but keep all of my accounts but it only shows "remove everything". I also tried updating it offline with a USB
    but it did the same thing and got stuck. How do I update my console and get it working again without erasing everything? System Error: E102 00000C12 8007045D

    it starts up at the applying update screen and my xbox restarts back to the applying update screen. Its basically stuck in a loop

    Thanks for the reply.

    I have tried that and unfortunately it doesn't work. The xbox jo longer shows on the insider hub as it's been unenrolled. Still stuck in update loop. It's applying the update and stuck on 53%. The OS at the bottom of the screen is showing a dev build

    If you're unable to apply the update online, we recommend
    updating your Xbox One console offline     via the steps presented in that guide.
