    Xbox stuck in Update Failure loop


    So my xbox One last updated on Nov. 6th. Ever since then it has failed to update. It is super weird, because when you tell it to update, the progress bar fills up ungodly fast for a 40Mbps download connection. Then once it hits 59%, It just stays. Contacted
    Xbox support, they recommended doing a factory reset in the end. Did that. Now when the Xbox starts I immediately get prompted for an update, with no option to go offline. Xbox support suggested service ticket. I consented, but I am really hoping that someone
    will see this and tell me something to help me, as I do not want to miss out on the battlefield launch. I almost wonder if it is because there were 3 updates over 3 days and my xbox didn't get the nov 7th one before the nov 8th one went live.

    Xbox One Automatic Annoying Updates

    You might have an update stuck in a loop that never downloads so it prompts you constantly. I would see if there is a way to manually force it to update.

    it starts up at the applying update screen and my xbox restarts back to the applying update screen. Its basically stuck in a loop

    Thanks for the reply.

    I have tried that and unfortunately it doesn't work. The xbox jo longer shows on the insider hub as it's been unenrolled. Still stuck in update loop. It's applying the update and stuck on 53%. The OS at the bottom of the screen is showing a dev build

    If you're unable to apply the update online, we recommend
    updating your Xbox One console offline     via the steps presented in that guide.
