XBox struck by lightning

My satellite dish was struck by lightning last night. The television and receiver are both completely dead but the XBox series X still powers on. I have connected it to another tv and the display appears with a blue hue. Could the video card be damaged? And it this something that can be repaired/replaced without replacing the console?

Any advice would be appreciated.

You have to check with your home.insurance

Please test the console with other HDMI cables and HDMI ports or even other TVs if possible. If nothing works, depending on how bad the image is, I would suggest you to send it for repair. We users should not open and try to replace anything on our own.

You could buy a new power cord and see if the Xbox will turn on and work. If replacing the power cord doesn’t work you may want to try what other have suggested about claiming it on insurance.

I’ve unplugged and plugged multiple times and it doesn’t turn on.

I hope you'll be able to fix your console, and I suggest you install transient voltage surge suppressors.
