Xbox Streaming Preview Latency Issue

Are you in tye xbox update preview programn that will explain alot because that's a known issue that persons are reporting that the latency is really bad

Thanks for coming to the forums. Sorry for the issue with high latency. First off we recommend to reboot your network hardware. If you can also connect wired do that also and see if it is still high latency. You can also try out the guide for

troubleshoot streaming Xbox app. Go to the section: While game streaming, I’m having too
much lag or latency, or my audio/video glitches frequently

if if my wife is streaming it doesn't seem to affect the latency more than infects to download speed. I can't say it's any worse when she's streaming I will try to reset the MAC address see if that makes a difference. I have contacted Activision customer
support to see what they will say as well. The weird part is when I had my original Xbox I had no issues with latency but the minute I went to the Xbox one I had a ton of issues.

some of the graphics are streamed for higher quality over the net, try disabling that in the options first and then check, could be latency causing the issue.

Latency: 148ms

I live in Amsterdam and location is set to United Kingdom

Now let see what speedtest say:

Download speed: 86,21 Mbps

Upload speed: 94,82 Mbps

Packet loss: 0%

Latency: 4ms

London (by Vodafone UK):

Download speed: 87,10 Mbps

Upload speed: 94,42 Mbps

Packet loss: 0%

Latency: 12ms

Online gaming is no issue, but streaming to Twitch results in a laggy stream...
