Xbox streaming issues

My Xbox game streaming on pc stutters very badly, making the game unplayable. It mostly has issues when I am pushing a lot of buttons and when I need the streaming the speed the most. I have tested the streaming and it says that the quality
is good. I can play most games normally, but this issue happens with Overwatch and Halo 5, my most played games. Has anyone else had this problem and been able to fix it? (I am over wired internet on both machines.)

Xbox fitness won't load ???

Error Code 1000 and other issues with streaming being interrupted are a different issue than Xbox Fitness not loading. Insufficient capacity fort streaming on peak times is more suited for the streaming issues than this topic.

There are multiple reasons why you are experiencing performance issues with game streaming on Windows 10 from your Xbox One console. It is possible that there are other apps running in the background while you are using your computer to stream. Leaving a
browser window open might cause unnecessary Internet traffic, even if that browser window is in the background. File-syncing services such as OneDrive and Dropbox might also utilize your computer’s bandwidth, competing with game streaming traffic.

For the best experience, close unnecessary browser windows and limit file syncing and other bandwidth-intensive activities while streaming games.

You can also restart your computer to normal mode to close unnecessary apps running in the background by following the steps below:

1. Press Windows + R on the keyboard.  
2. Type msconfig and then click OK.  
3. On the General tab, click the Normal Startup and click OK.  
4. When you are prompted to restart the computer, click Restart.  

You can also update drivers and firmware for your PC by following the steps below:

1. Press the Windows key, type Device Manager and hit Enter.
2. Select Network Adapters to see which hardware is installed on your PC.
3. Right-click on your wireless network adapter and select Update Driver Software…
4. Select Search automatically for updated driver software.

Restart your computer for the changes to take effect.

Same here. Got Gigabit Lan. Streaming works very nice with Forza Horizon 3 (downloaded from store) but stutters and laggs with Fifa 18 and Forza 7 (both disc version). Also i can set quality to low and still it stutters and laggs with those games. My PC
sits directly 1m near the xbox one s both connected to same gigabit switch.
