    Xbox streaming choppy ONLY when windows 10 app is full screen


    I'm having an odd issue that seems to have started occurring sometime within the last month. When I stream from my xbox one, the stream gets extremely choppy (both audio and video) while the xbox app is in full screen mode. When I resize the window to make
    it non-fullscreen, it streams perfectly. I'm on a fast gigabit wired connection, so latency is certainly not the issue. Anyone else had this issue?

    Streaming Starts But Is Transparent

    When starting streaming from the Xbox app for Windows 10, streaming appears to start with the "Connecting on [Console Name]" screen displayed followed by the control toolbar being shown at the top of the screen. However, the network usage for the stream
    appears to be zero and the Xbox app is still visible in the background, greyed out. Any thoughts on how to restore streaming functionality?

    Persistent Grey Bar when streaming

    same type of issue here when streaming xbox one to win 10 pc the stream is in a smaller scale and not in full screen mode and there is black bars down the sides of the screen and what looks like a windows tab bar across the top of the screen . this happened
    after the latest update on the xbox beta app version 11.10.23004.00000
    doesn't do this on the standard xbox app version 9.928033.00000 but i cant use my usb mic on the standard xbox app only the beta version so its a bit of a issue

    As a side note, when the app is full screen and I move my mouse to bring up the toolbar on top, the choppiness and lag stops and the stream is very smooth. As soon as I stop moving the mouse and the toolbar and mouse pointer fades away, it gets choppy again.

    As a side note, when the app is full screen and I move my mouse to bring up the toolbar on top, the choppiness and lag stops and the stream is very smooth. As soon as I stop moving the mouse and the toolbar and mouse pointer fades away, it gets choppy again.

    Are you playing on PC, or streaming your xbox gameplay to the Xbox app on windows 10 PC.

    If your PC monitor has HDMI input yes you could use that as a screen for your xbox. If not you could set up streaming to windows 10 xbox app and stream your xbox to the app
