    my elite series 2 has intermittent connection issues with both my phone and tablet while using the xbox streaming app but not when doing anything else. the issue is specifically with the xbox streaming app. how do I resolve this?

    This is a very common problem. Depending on your phone/tablet version will determine whether you can connect your controller. For example, android users must make sure their phone version is 6.0 or higher with a Bluetooth version of 4.0. While I
    am unsure of the ios requirements, I hope this helped.
    That is definitely not the issue as both devices are on android 10 and bluetooth 4 and the controller works fine with both the phone and tablet with all other apps the issue is specifically while using the xbox streaming app.

    The bluetooth supported by your device is close in frequency to your wifi and causing interference. Check your router manual about changing your wifi channel
    That is definitely not the issue as the controller works fine with both the phone and tablet with all other apps the issue is specifically while using the xbox streaming app.
