Discus and support Xbox store in XBoX Sales and Promo to solve the problem; I can't buy backwards compatible games on my xbox one every time I try it just goes to an error screen.     I can't buy backwards compatible games on my xbox one every time I try it just goes to an error screen. I know Xbox had a problem a while ago with this and you all said the problem was fixed but I still can't buy them.

    I am still unable to buy retro compatibilty games. System informs that I do not have a valid payment method on my account, but I can buy other sorts of games

    to buy retrocompatible games you must use a credit card or you can buy it on dvd or on the 360
