Xbox store won’t let me purchase anything

and verify that everything is valid and up to date, be sure to check the section

if it shows any issues, if it does then that likely has to be solved first.

If all is good but it's still not allowing you to purchase anything please specify what you are trying to do and on what device and if it shows any error codes or messages.

Also try to make purchase via console, xbox.com or Xbox app to see if that makes any difference.

Keep in mind that currently there is an issue on Xbox Live regarding Social and Gaming, it shouldn't affect purchasing, but you never know.

What is the error you get? Can you try to purchase using xbox store website from your computer, and see if it works that way?

What error code and message do you get ? Are you sure you have enough to cover taxes and surcharges as well?

Hi sorry you are having issues. Have you also tried the store on another device? Be good to narrow down if this is generalised or specific to the device you are attempting on.
