Xbox store will not open again after it crashes

Discus and support Xbox store will not open again after it crashes in XboX Insiders to solve the problem; So I've had the problem twice and both times I've been using the store app Browing games and testing it out when it will crash randomly cannt remeber...     Xbox store will not open again after it crashes


    So I've had the problem twice and both times I've been using the store app Browing games and testing it out when it will crash randomly cannt remeber the reason for the first but the second I tried to back out of a trailer in full screen and it crashed. Once it crashes the store app is unable to reopen until I restart my console. The restart of the console seems to work every time but the crash seems to completely brick the app until the restart.

    I want to point out that I have just tried to use the troubleshooter for the microsoft-store. The troubleshooter found out that my UAC is turned off and asked me to turn it on, which I did. I tried opening the Xbox app once again but not is has started to crash a few seconds after I try to open the app.

    Hi!

    I tried the soft reset and the two different kind of controller reset from the Settings menu. Unfortunately, after the re-installation of the game from disc it crashed again. When I start the game it gives the opening picture of the game and after 3-5 sec
    crash and turn off the console.

    It is an Xbox One X

    Do you have an idea for further step?

    1. Logout from Xbox app and Microsoft Store app

    2. Look for the Xbox app and Microsoft Store in the Windows bar, right-click, click app settings and then click terminate, restore and reset.

    3. Clear the store cache type ''wsreset'' in the Windows bar, run as admin, and wait for the screen to close and open the store automatically.

    4. Open the Microsoft Store, click on the 3 dots in the upper right corner ''download and updates'' and click on ''get updates'' and update everything. After these steps try again.

    5. Login with your account again in both apps and try again.
