    Xbox Store: Unable to purchase anything anymore.


    For some reason i cannot purchase anything on the store anymore. I click to buy and it requests i put in my dpad password. Once i enter it the screen goes black and after a minute or so it gives me the "check your connection" error. I have deleted and reinstalled
    my credit card and it still does not work. Please please help. I am able to play all my online games and browse the store it just wont let me buy anything.

    Unable to browse, rent or purchase movies or games from store after update.

    Received and update on my xbox one for the store app, now I am unable to view, rent or purchase anything in the store or anything linked to the store from the dashboard. Get an error that does not appear one xbox.com/errorhelp 0x80070bfa

    Hi MarkBalderstone,

    Sorry you are experiencing these problems.

    I understand you have done a few restarts or reconnecting to the network.

    But could possibly attempt a Power Cycle of the device? If you are having the same issue on your PC, i'd recommend removing the profile, and re-adding
    it.

    Try to buy what you want but from Xbox App or Microsoft Store in the browser and see if you get the same error.
