    Xbox Store thinks I have a game installed but it is not


    I attempted to download the DLC for Borderlands 2: Commander Lilith: The Fight for Sanctuary.

    I located the title, clicked on it, and Xbox Store says "This is installed" and highlights a tile that reads, "Launch game"

    Clicked on the tile... nothing happended.

    Went to the Settings on my Xbox One, and searched both the internal drive and the external drive. This content is nowhere to be found.

    So, it is obvious why the game doesn't launch: it isn't on my system!

    Does anyone know of a work around for this? Anybody know why the store thinks the game is installed when it is not? Can this be reset?

    I own Dantes Inferno digitally on the 360 but it doesn't show as ready to install on xbox one

    I can't install it from the store. It tries to charge me £14.99

    The store seems to think I don't own the game even though it's in my purchase history.

    I've checked the store on the xbox website and that thinks I don't own it as well.

    you can download and install the game from the store but it doesn't show in ready to install? So just download and install the game direct from the store problem solved.....

    I think you are going a little deep on this one.

    But I think I found the problem. I purchase hitman game of the year edition and for an obscure reason when I did the install it installed hitman 2...odd
