Xbox store stuck on "working"

    Xbox store stuck on "working"


    I am trying to purchase the witcher 3 wild hunt complete edition for the spring sale on the Xbox one console store. I press buy and it says "working" and doesn't do anything else. I have money and my internet is fine. Please help soon!

    This happens to me too, I have gotten "stuck" in the store a few times and had to go home, quit the Store app, and then relaunch it. Kind of annoying...

    Hi,

    You could try holding XB1 power button for 10 seconds for a "deep restart". Maybe it helps

    Witcher 3 is a great game and I would also be frustrated too if I was having trouble down loading it. May I suggest that you first following up with "Troubleshoot
    game or app installation problems on Xbox One    " . However, you may also need to delete and "re-add" your account/profile back
    to your Xbox to resolve an online purchasing problem. Let us know if this helps.

    I'm sorry neither one of these options helped solve the problem. It still says "working".

    I'm disappointed and a bit surprised to hear that didn't work. There are a few more technical things you could check in "Troubleshoot
    slow game or app downloads on Xbox One    " . Also, it might be worth go online and logging in to "Check your transaction history online" . However, if nothing
    wrong shows up you may needs to contact support directly and "Request a call from Support" .
