    Xbox store showing me I don't own deluxe edition of bf2


    I preordered the delux edition of battlefront 2 when it was announced you would get early access to the game and the beta, so when I look at the delux edition on the Xbox store it is asking me to pre order again, but the standard edition of the game is showing
    as installed and pre loaded, this allowed me to play the 10 hour trial but I'm worried I won't get early access and will have been charged full price of the delux edition to only get the standard edition, I've spoken to Microsoft and they have confirmed the
    liscense for the special edition is associated to my Gamertag, yet it isint showing as installed? And I can't see any of the dlc promised by the delux edition either?? Anyone else having issue??

    Pre-order not showing on my Xbox

    Hi Guys,

    I bought the SWB2 deluxe edition on september and I was recently charged for it, but it keep showing the standard version on my xbox games and apps. When I go to the microsoft store, it doesn't say that I own the deluxe edition, only the standard is installed.

    Standard edition of game downloaded even though I purchased the delux edition

    yeh same problem. MS support trying to bluff that all will be ok. Nothing to do but wait I guess?

    I purchased the ultimate edition of diablo 4 but only have the base edition in my library. How do I fix this problem?

    I'm having same issue! Order history shows ultimate edition but xbox store shows me owning standard an digital deluxe not ultimate. Until the first season pass and tier skip releases we won't know. Support asked if I had any of ultimate content and I do have the emote that only comes with ultimate edition. It's messed up that it don't show we own ultimate version in store causes undue stress. Just check if u have the emote

    I have the same issue - missing all deluxe planes but have premium ones. XBox store shows that I own Premium Deluxe edition.

    However in-game marketplace lists 3 upgrades - Premium, Deluxe and Premium Deluxe. It shows that I own Premium upgrade, but not two other. And it is exactly what I have even if it is impossible combination - there is no Premium edition, only Premium Deluxe.

    Microsoft support article of PC release times suggests to sign out and sign in with proper email etc. It obviously does not work on XBox where you sign in to XBox

    Like a Dragon Ishin Digital Deluxe Edition - Missing most of the DLC/bonus items included in this edition of the game

    I got all my dlc stuff but the Microsoft store claims I only own the base game and not the deluxe edition. I let it go because I had all my dlc stuff. Even it kinda irritated me because I couldn't leave a review for the deluxe edition. Plus the store says purchase instead of manage you own this game. Then yesterday I lost access to my hogwarts legacy deluxe edition. Same thing the store says I own the standard but not the deluxe. The game is already installed so I still have the dlc stuff. But what irritates me as I have lost access to my free Xbox one copy. Because the store claims I only own the standard edition. Even though in my purchase list it states I own the deluxe for both games. Kinda irritating when you paid 80 and 70 bucks for a game. Then lose access to the deluxe edition. Now it's happened with 2 games.

    I'm having the exact same issue. I have checked my purchase order history, and it clearly shows that I have purchased the Ultimate Edition. However, in the Xbox Store, it only shows the base game and Deluxe edition as "owned". I started the new season, and couldn't activate the premium battle pass, that came with the Ultimate Edition.
