Xbox store says I don't own my games.

When I bought my xbox one I got a code for Witcher 3 along with it and I redeemed it and could play, now that I switched over to an Xbox Series S it says I don't own the game, same thing with fallout 3 (Code came with Fallout 4), and I Can't see the redeeming on my order history, but I can see that I bought the dlc for the games.

I did check my old account, but there's no sign them there either. Do I just have to buy the games again?

If it’s linked to your other account which you no longer have access to, I am afraid you’re going to need to buy those games again. You could try to check your old console to check all your added accounts there to possibly find the correct account where you could have redeemed your game codes.

If you’re certain that they were redeemed on your main account, try to check with Xbox support team so they can also review your account entitlements from their system to confirm it.

Hi Mikalzoneti!

Sorry to hear about the issue. If the games didn’t show up on your order history, most likely they were redeemed on a different account. You may have DLCs under your account but that doesn’t really verify the ownership of the base games because games can be shared as well.

Maybe you have multiple Xbox profiles or email addresses you can check and sign in online where your codes were possibly redeemed?

Kindly validate the transaction for the game first. Please sign in to https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders and locate your order for Sea Of Thieves. It should be visible as "redeemed" or "completed".

Once you have located the transaction, kindly sign out both on your Microsoft Store App and Xbox App then restart your PC before signing back in. Make sure that you will sign in under the account where the game was redeemed.

Season Pass is installed, my Xbox says that I own it, and AW is still saying that I don't have it and is just advertising it to me in its in-game store. I can't buy it in-game because I already own it and Gorge is only saying Bundle-Only in the store I still
can't download it.
