Xbox store problems

When I open Microsoft store on my xbox one s I get a message saying: Try that again something happened at our end waiting a bit might help. I even tried to hard reset my xbox and I still get this problem. Please help!

Hi guys

I am having a bit trouble downloading stuff from Xbox live, yesterday i was able to download Pes2014 demo but after that it all went downhill for my account.

I was first getting the (800700E3) error, this was on my sisters Xbox at her home and not on my account but on her daughters account, after that i recoverd my account to see if it was XBL or her network, but as soon as i logged in to my account i got the
same error.

So after looking up some codes i resettet the network so xbox could get the first ip (192.168.1.1) and still nothing.

So i just told my sister to wait till morning to download Netflix. BUT when i got home and logged in to my account i downloaded Pes2014 and after playing that for an hour i wanted to see if i could download netflix again but i got the same error (800700E3)
and i couldnt even see more than ONE app if i clicked on view more apps.

So i thought i'm gonna try that again in a while and so i did but than it gave me another error (800040??) so i was really confused so i said f this and waited till morning.

Now it's Morning and i'm trying to download something from Xbox.com and i can't download anything Soo.....?

Anything wrong over there at Xbox headquarters or is it something i fix.

Btw if i check the connection to XBL everthing goes well but after the check it says (Store ------- Service Check) with a yellow Exclamation mark (!)

The error is only in the console store right? Not any error on website store?

You can try to remove your account from your console and re add it again. See if works

If it's happening on the console only, it might be something softwarewise being glitchy and preventing the console from getting data from the Microsoft store.

If I were you, I'd give a soft factory reset a shot.

It's a factory reset where you keep your games and apps and none of them get uninstalled. After you have made sure that you have all the sign-in information for any/all accounts on your console and that your internet access is good, try
following the steps here on
How to reset your console to factory defaults on Xbox One

Give that a shot and let us know how that helped with resolution of the issue

I factory reset it, but it didn't work at first so I unpluged the console and left it for like 2 hour.

When I came home and turned it on, It was like brand new! But thanks for your reply anyway.

 

Yeh it was only on the store. I factory reset it, but it didn't work so I unplugged it and left it for 2 hours. When I came back the problem was fixed.
