    I recently purchased the division gold edition. However it did not give me the season pass. I was wondering if you could just send me a code for this missing part of the bundle i.e. The division season pass. Thank you.

    Me to mate, I can log into live on the console but cant download nothing when I try to I get error codes. I cant even download from xbox.com.

    but sometimes when I log in on the console, before it says signing in I get the security message saying your account is not secure enough then it asks me to update my security proofs.

    when I log in on the laptop to Xbox live I sometimes get a message saying access denied the account is not fully activated, so I back out and try again sometimes it works sometimes it don't

    I factory reset it, but it didn't work at first so I unpluged the console and left it for like 2 hour.

    When I came home and turned it on, It was like brand new! But thanks for your reply anyway.

    Well turns out when i got to view my subscriptions, it says that my xbox live gold membership has been canceled. How do I renew it, I updated my paypal/billing information both the website and my console. I need to know how to renew it. Thanks!
