Xbox store opening on its own.

On the real side guys have any of you expirenced your xbox acting dumb and the xbox store keeps on opening on its own? My xbox has been doing this for about 1 week already and its really annoying me, when the app opens it takes me directly to the app on
the store ”movies and tv.” Is there anyone out there that has some suggestions on what to do I really need help.

Also, I tried downloading the app ”movies and tv” and when I did it didn't take me to the store but instead it keep opening the movies and tv app to where it kicked me out of the game.

Hi Redflash81,

I have not experienced anything like this myself before and it does seem like an odd one. Are you enrolled on the Xbox Insider system program? This is not done automatically but instead you would have agreed to sign up to this via the Xbox Insider hub app.

Also i would suggest trying a Power cycle/reset
of the machine and if that doesn’t work then maybe a ‘soft’ reset of your console to factory defaults on Xbox One. Make
sure you choose the Reset and keep my games & apps option

This is very unusual and if you suspect that you have a virus on your system, please use some virus scanning software to try to get rid of it, such as Microsoft Defender.

In addition, clean boot is actually designed to troubleshoot interference from third-party software.

I am having this problem now . The old xbox is opening and closing on its own. It also powers up on its own.

After the payment i find that in store (owned) then open the store then (MANAGE you own this) then the message check back in littel bit..
