Xbox store on Xbox one won’t load buying pages, anyone else have this issue?

I have been having trouble with the store for a couple of days. If you click to look at a game it simply wont load the next page and is forever stuck in the loading phase. This obviously means that i can not purchase games via my xbox and i was wondering
if the issue was at my end or with microsoft? My xbox one is only a couple of weeks old. I have recently changed broadband supplier but the xbox claims my connection is good and everything else works. Any ideas anyone? Thanks

I'm so sorry your having issues on XBox Store in XBox.

Lets check the internet speed..

It slowed down on me too, alot. while trying to buy a game, or During game play and after; I found my internet speed reduce badly. It was too slow to buy or update games. It's best to re-boot the cable modem & re-boot the router. It tells the internet provider
to restore you internet speed.

For me I always like to buy my games or DLC online. I never really using the XBox One store. I visit XBox.com then dream buy up games new and old xbox 360 games.

Load up games in online Xbox.com cart then buy online.. I wait for a few hours or a day for the games to lad up on my XBox.

I tried everything you said and while my console isn’t loading as slow any more, the store page hasn’t changed. Where it should say “Buy” it just says “Not Currently Available, Continue Shopping” and clicking it just boots me to the store’s main page.

I paid $60 for this game and it won’t let me play it.

I'm noticing that the Xbox Rewards App for the Xbox One is once again having issues with refusing to start up, is anyone else having the same issue with the app or any app on the console's home page? I've restarted the console, cleared the cache
and it's not made any difference. Not sure if it's a server issue or not since no message appears, it just refuses to load.

It's always been a buggy app but this is pretty annoying that it isn't been fixed ever since it was originally launched on console.

Same mine will not load either.
