Xbox store not showing pictures of games.

That message means you don't meet the age requirements and will need a family member to adjust the settings for you in the family account. Once an age is set it's permanent. This is so kids don't just change their age later to bypass things. So while you
can change the age after the fact. The system won't recognize it. You can try buying on the Xbox.com website as well to see if it works there but I'm pretty sure its a content restriction that's the issue.

If you haven't already, try performing the hard reset as posted by Aldrums again but, before turning the console back on, unplug your router for 30 seconds then allow it to reboot. Once the router has established a connection, power on the console and attempt
to view the store again. If this does not work, try a
Soft Factory Reset. This factory reset will keep all games and apps installed but reset the operating system to remove any software issues. When performing the reset, be sure to choose "Keep my games & apps" and to have your Microsoft Account E-mail & Password
available to sign back into your account when the reset is complete.

You can try to restart your Xbox Console and turn on again, the store im sure will be restore

That is why I stated i did troubleshooting already in hopes i didn't get comments saying to restart my console. Nice try. =)

those games have been removed from xbox store, I check on the website.. :/ all it shows are pictures
