Xbox store not loading

    Game Reviews Not Loading in Xbox Store

    Most of the time, I find that the reviews section of a games 'page' in the store on xbox one is slow to load. As of yesterday around 99% of review sections I attempted to view were not loading correctly at all. Just showing a big blank scrollable space where
    the reviews should be, if l scroll right down to the bottom of the empty space the last couple of reviews appear, if I then attempt to scroll back up or navigate to the next set of reviews (if there is one) it all goes blank again. I initially thought this
    was due to the Xbox live service issues yesterday, however this problem persists.

    Not sure if it is a bug at this stage, I thought it might be a good idea to see if others were experiencing the same issue first.

    Are you a part of the preview program? If so, please keep a look out for system updates, as there is one scheduled for today: New Preview Alpha Skip Ahead 19H1 Build – 9/12/18 - Xbox Wire

    If all else fails, you can try accessing the store, in your region, by visiting this page: Xbox Games Store

    If you continue to run into issues and are not a part of the Xbox Preview Program, try a power cycle. That means to unplug both your Xbox and router from the power outlet for a few minutes, and to try what
    you were attempting again, after re-connecting.

    If after trying a power cycle the issue persists what we should try is a

    Soft Factory Reset     (while keeping games and apps) the issue might be on your console, try the steps listed and let us know how it goes
