Xbox store not listing add ons

Discus and support Xbox store not listing add ons in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; everytime I try to view the new add ons for Xbox one, the store shows up with zero results.   2. The Game store - recently added?

    So, in the Xbox game store on the 360, I can apparently not see what's been recently added anymore. The store lists the "on demand" games, the add-ons and arcade games separately, but going into each of them just gives me the alphabetic listing.

    I guess my question is; why was the "recently added" feature removed?

  3. Add-ons no longer appearing on store.xbox.com game listing

    Until this week, add-ons for titles were shown below the game listing on the store for xbox1.

    These no longer show up which makes it very hard from the web to find content.

    Is this a new retrograde "feature" or a glitch?

    Xbox store not listing add ons

    Hi there,

    please try the manual power cycle steps like mentioned on the following link, be sure to wait at least 60 seconds before powering on again:
    Restart or Power Cycle Xbox One Console

    If that didn't fix anything then please check if the console (or Store App) might need an update, console update can be checked in the Settings and an App Update can be checked in My Games and Apps.

    If there are no updates, then also try to see if you can browse the store on xbox.com or the Xbox App.

    When there is no issue browsing the store there then try the following

    1. Remove profile from the console (Make sure you know the account credentials for the account, since you will need them later)
    2. Perform the manual power cycle steps like mentioned on the following link, be sure to wait at least 60 seconds before powering on again:
      Restart or Power Cycle Xbox One Console
    3. Redownload your profile

    If these steps fail, then its best to contact Xbox Support (via Phone or Microsoft Support Chat) at

    Yeah, actually thats the weird part.

    Turn on Xbox One:

    Game and add-on are listed as in my library listed as ready to install

    Turn on Xbox One S:

    Vanilla game is downloaded, add-ons come up on the MS store as unowned

    Whats going on here?

    Download add-ons you’ve purchased as part of a bundle

    If multiple add-ons were included in a single purchase, such as a season pass or a Limited Edition game bundle, you may need to download them separately. There are two ways to download the individual items:

    • Inside the game, look for a store. Find the component items of the season pass, and download them there.
    • Download the individual add-ons from the Store. Here’s how:
    1. While on the Home screen, scroll to the right, and then press the A button on your controller to open My games and apps.
    2. Locate the game, and then press the Menu button .
    3. Select Manage game.
    4. In the Ready to install column, select the add-on you want to install.
    5. Press the A button to install the add-on.
