Okay thanks and should I just leave it and let it update everytime I start the xbox one.Ièm loyal xbox gamer since xbox 360 era.

You can now lock this and my issues has been solved and love my xbox one gaming.I wish game pass was more afford that uses microsoft points.

That should be fine because the Microsoft store needs to update but other than that if you want it to stop updating automatically then you'll need to go to All Settings, System, Updates, and Console, before deselecting Keep my console up to date and Keep my games & apps up to date.
