Xbox store isn’t loading game webpages

    Xbox store isn’t loading game webpages


    I have been getting updates from the insider app and this last one has seemed to have messed up my store and won’t allow me to preview games homepages or even apps. I contacted support and a fellow gamer helped me troubleshoot some things like restart/restore without losing apps/games, checking network issues and still nothing worked. I’m wondering if anyone else has had this issue or know how to fix it so I can view games homepages so I can potentially buy them.

    My console isn’t loading any games or the Xbox store.

    I'm having the same issue with Fortnite. I even tried to search for Fortnite, and click on the advertisement and Fortnite isn't in the store, so their store is messed up. They really need to bypass this issue and store our purchases locally on our system.

    I am having the exact same issues. None of my purchased games are loading. It just keeps saying that the person who purchased the game needs to log in. But I am the one who purchased it!

    Did you purchase the console from a store or direct from the Microsoft store webpage. Rewards offers are only valid if you purchase via the Microsoft store webpage
